Tech-Career aspires to promote young Ethiopian Israeli leadership, comprised of career professionals who desire to make an impact and lead the community towards integration into Israeli society through the following:

Technology training, enrichment activities and placement in the Israeli high tech industry

Development of a professional-social network among Tech-Career alumni

Encouragement of cooperation between Tech-Career alumni and young adults with a similar profile to promote joint goals

Tech-Career aims to promote the activities of our alumni association: to provide services and resources that benefit our alumni both professionally and socially, to increase networking among alumni, strengthen their ties to the community and one another and to promote social action.

Be a main player in the building of a cadre of young Ethiopian professionals with leadership skills who will assume leadership positions in the community
