Job
The job-placement program assists students in finding entry-level employment in the competitive high tech industry. Through on-site visits and participation in conferences and forums students are prepared for life in a world that is unfamiliar to them. Elements of this program are: identifying new places of employment for computer programmers; establishing and strengthening relationships with high tech companies; developing existing relationships with government agencies and organizations working in the area of employment/placement; training students in the topics of "the curriculum vita" and "the work interview"; training students in acclimating to the high tech world, visiting high tech companies, participating in professional conferences and forums; and guiding the graduates through the process of the job search.
