Tech-Careers wishes to make High Tech an option for young Ethiopian Israelis, both in their own minds and in the eyes of the surrounding society. We are convinced that it is possible to support capable, motivated young Ethiopian Israelis in breaking the cycle of poverty and social barriers through employment in computer programming. This is one step in the direction of equal chances for all, giving young Ethiopian Israelis the opportunity to choose their career as many other Israelis do.
