Micha Feldman (Chairman) – was the head of the Jewish Agency mission to Ethiopia and the Israeli consul there. He was one of the chief architects of the operation that succeeded in bringing 14,310 Ethiopian Jews out of besieged Addis Ababa in one weekend in 1991.  Now retired, Micah serves as a consultant on Ethiopian issues to the Jewish Agency and as the coordinator of the Ethiopian Section of SELA, a non-profit organization for youth in crisis.

Hiwot Yimer – is an Ethiopian Israeli who is a programmer and database developer for Amdocs in Israel. She studied programming at the Maale Adumim Community College, was an instructor at the school, and a quality controller at Palm Point in Israel.

Oriella Ben-Zvi – is the General Director of Ben-Or Consulting, a communications and consulting firm focusing on serving the needs of Israel's progressive non-profit and political communities. As Director of International Affairs at Rabin Medical Center (RMC) in Israel, Ben-Zvi developed the hospital's public relations and fundraising strategies for implementation in the United States.

Yardena Fanta, Treasurer – is an Ethiopian Israeli who is completing her doctoral thesis at Tel Aviv University on Technology for Illiterate Populations.

Rina Ayalin, Adv. – holds an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  She is one of the few members of the Israeli Bar from the Israeli Ethiopian community. She works for a private law firm in Tel Aviv.

Memberu Shimon – holds a BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Sociology and Education. In 2001 he completed a Master's Degree in Educational Policy and Management. He works for the Joint Distribution Committee Israel.
