Tech-Career Newsletter Rosh Hashana 2025

From the Desk of Takele Mekonen
Dear Friends and Partners,
These are difficult days for the people of Israel. As we write, 48 of our brothers and sisters remain in captivity in Gaza, and we pray for their safe return home. Amid the ongoing social, political, security, and economic crisis, Tech-Career remains steadfast in its mission to open pathways into Israel’s high-tech industry. Over the past year, we have trained discharged soldiers, young parents, academics, and others seeking quality
employment. This year marked an important milestone: for the first time in our history, we launched a new branch in Kiryat Yam. Our first northern cohort is soon completing its training, with the second group set to begin at the end of 2025. We also completed a second cycle of our internship program for Ethiopian Israeli graduates with academic degrees in computer science or other technological fields and we are currently preparing for a third cycle. We have also deepened partnerships with government ministries and the high-tech sector, a crucial step toward increasing the number of Ethiopian Israelis meaningfully integrated
into quality employment across the industry. We are especially proud to share that after years of effort, we have begun construction on Tech-Career’s permanent campus in Lod. Scheduled for completion at the end of 2026, the campus will significantly expand the number of Ethiopian Israeli students and tech entrepreneurs, while also serving as a vibrant community hub offering courses and activities for children, youth, and parents.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors and partners for your trust, generosity, and steadfast support. Thanks to you, we are creating lasting change for future generations. We also thank our dedicated Board of Directors, who volunteer their time and wisdom, and our committed staff, who work tirelessly to turn vision into reality.
On behalf of the entire Tech-Career family, I wish you a Happy, Healthy, and Peaceful Year,
Takele Mekonen
900 New Candidates
Since the begining of the year we have launched six new training courses for 120 participants. Interest was unprecedented: more than 900 candidates began the selection process, fueled by a record 22 exposure sessions held across the country. After over 250 computerized tests and 200 personal interviews, we handpicked the most promising participants, forming exceptional cohorts who are now embarking on their training journeys.
Training Updates
By the end of the year, we plan to launch three additional courses, welcoming about 60 more students. We plan to conclude the year with 9 courses for about 180 students. This growth reflects the rising demand for our high-quality training programs and the continued expansion of the organization’s capabilities.
Training Updates
Since the beginning of 2025, Tech-Career has successfully run six professional courses for
120 students. By the end of the year, we plan to launch three additional courses, welcoming
about 60 more students. This growth reflects the rising demand for our high-quality training
programs and the continued expansion of the organization’s capabilities.
Cyber Information Security - Class 62
Tech-Career’s pilot Cyber course, launched in partnership with Cyberpro and the Israel Innovation Authority in July 2024, brought together 25 talented participants, including graduates of our In-Tech program. The course concluded this past May with a celebratory graduation event at BigID in Tel Aviv, proving once again that with determination and support, no challenge is insurmountable. All 25 graduates completed the program with three highly sought-after industry certifications: CCNA, Linux, and CCSA. Even before graduation, success stories began to emerge: two students signed employment contracts with TSG and the Israel Tax Authority, another secured a six-month internship at Cognyte (expected to transition into full-time employment), and 10 more graduates were hired across the industry. Other graduates are in advanced recruitment processes with leading companies such as Resecurity, while also being considered for Tech-Career’s unique internship program.

Software Testing for Women - Class 65
The third cohort of our Women’s Excellence Program, launched in November 2024, reached its conclusion this past May. During the program, participants completed more than 250 hours of training in software testing, took part in job interview simulations, and received personalized career guidance. Each graduate created a professional portfolio to support her first steps into the job market. This was the first women’s cohort run in partnership with Qualitest, and the results speak for themselves: of the 18 graduates, 13 have already secured professional positions at leading companies, including Qualitest, Elbit, the IDF, and Paragon. These outstanding outcomes reflect not only the high quality of training but also the effectiveness of Tech- Career’s Career Development Department in opening doors and placing graduates in meaningful, high-quality roles in the high-tech industry.
DevNet & Cybersecurity - Class 67
Nineteen students - including 7 women and 6 graduates of our In-Tech program - are now in the final stages of an outstanding program that began in December 2024. Equipped with top-tier professional skills, they successfully earned prestigious certifications (CCNA, CCNP, and Fortinet) and volunteered with the FIRST program, receiving excellent feedback from their instructors. Alongside academic achievements, students gained exceptional industry exposure through company tours and by presenting winning projects to tech professionals - experiences that pave the way for rapid, high-quality job placements. The journey was far from easy. During the war with Iran, students continued their studies under fire: some attended Zoom classes during rocket attacks, while others were called to reserve duty just as they were preparing for their CCNP exam. Yet their resilience shone through, and every participant succeeded. For those unable to complete all coursework, Tech-Career remains committed to providing full support post-program - especially for our reservists - ensuring they have every opportunity to master the material and step confidently into the industry. We are very proud to update that three students have already secured jobs at Cognyte, Bynet and IEC! Several students are already in advanced placement processes at companies including Wix, OMC and others.

Class 68, the inaugural class at Tech-Career’s Kiryat Yam branch, launched in February 2025 in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Boston and the Israel Innovation Authority. The program was created to provide high-quality tech opportunities to Ethiopian Israeli residents of northern Israel, ensuring local talent grows, thrives, and integrates into the industry in a region heavily impacted by the recent war. Sixteen students participate in the hybrid course, which combines in-person sessions at the Kiryat Yam Young Adults’ Center with remote learning. The course is scheduled to conclude in February 2026, yet success stories are already
emerging: three students have signed job contracts with the Israel Electric Corporation, HOT, and OMC! Nearly half of the other students are in recruitment processes with leading companies such as Ness Technologies, Wix, and more.
Despite ongoing challenges, including reserve duty call-ups and wartime pressures, all students successfully earned CCNA certification and are progressing confidently toward their second certification, CCNP, demonstrating that even under difficult circumstances, outstanding achievement is possible. Alongside technical skills, students strengthened their professional identity and group cohesion through two empowering sessions with Tech-Career CEO Takele Mekonen and three technical workshops with Educational Advisor Yaakov Negusa. During Career Preparation Week, students engaged with career experts, met alumni, and toured leading companies including TSG, Israel Electric Corporation, and Accenture.
DevNet – Class 68
DevNet & Information Security - Class 69

Class 69 marks the first course in an innovative partnership with Synergia, an initiative under the Population Employment Administration and the Ministry of Labor, aimed at advancing youth employment. The course launched in the early days of the war with Iran, a clear demonstration of Tech- Career’s resilience and commitment. Despite the challenging wartime conditions, the program began on schedule. Students started their studies on Zoom and, with remarkable dedication, continued until they could transition to full in-person instruction at the Tech- Career campus, where they were provided housing in our on-site apartments. Seventeen students are enrolled, including two who were called up for reserve duty on the very first day. Students are now making rapid progress toward their CCNA certification, the first of several milestones in the program, and we wish them great success as they advance through the next phases of their training.
QA Automation - Class 70
After several years in which we observed a slowdown in the software testing market, last year we received inquiries from several high-tech companies asking us to launch a software testing course. Building on the success of Class 65, which reached over 70% placement within just a few months, we decided to open another QA course - this time incorporating automation components for software testing processes. The course in partnership with BigID began on September 8 and consists of 650 learning hours, covering cutting-edge content in the field and a special emphasis on the use of AI tools in testing. The partnership with BigID includes site tours, professional preparation for presentations, a hands-on final project, and HR simulations. This is also the second course we opened in collaboration with Synergia - the initiative for promoting youth employment under the Population Employment Administration and the Ministry of Labor.

Data Analysis – Class 71

This is Tech-Career’s eighth course with Ram Kedem of Upscale Analytics College. Building on the success of previous cohorts, we launched a new Data Analysis class on September 9, this time in collaboration with AppsFlyer, which has been a partner in all training aspects: from designing the syllabus, to mentoring student projects, and preparing participants for careers in data analytics.
Looking Ahead: Growth & Innovation
By the end of 2025, three new courses are set to launch:
DevNet & Cybersecurity

So far, 31 interns have completed the program, with nine already hired by companies and government offices, including the Ministry of Defense, Sony, Nayax, Cognyte, and Elad Software. Others are in recruitment processes with Deloitte, Payoneer, Nvidia, CyberArt, Chain Reaction, and Comblack.
With 60 candidates applying for the third cohort in September, the program is proving to be a powerful springboard - opening doors to meaningful careers and strengthening Tech-Career’s role as a bridge between talent and industry.
Building Professional Excellence
As part of their thorough preparation for the workforce, our students benefit from multi-dimensional support that combines in-depth development of soft skills, exclusive enrichment sessions with leading industry experts, advanced interview simulations across challenging scenarios, and hands-on experiences that reflect real market expectations.
Over the past year, we initiated and led a wide range of groundbreaking workshops and lectures delivered by top professionals in the field. These activities provide our students with a significant competitive edge as they enter the high-tech industry - building professional confidence, expanding strategic networks, and gaining advanced practical knowledge that serves as a strong foundation for long-term career success and impact.
Learning Days in High-Tech Companies
At Tech-Career, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. We believe in real-world connections, which is why our students step into leading high-tech companies and IT divisions - such as Cognyte, TSG, IEC, and Qualitest - for hands-on learning days. These experiences create a powerful bridge between theory and practice.
Each visit is packed with value: professional sessions led by experts, HR workshops with insider tips on interviews and LinkedIn, and open talks with employees and Tech-Career alumni who share their own career journeys. Our students gain a clearer picture of their future path, stronger confidence, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed in the high-tech world.

Career Preparation Workshops
Our team of outstanding career advisors provided students with professional tools and a significant competitive edge for entering the industry. Each advisor led comprehensive career preparation workshops that combined deep personal and professional growth with practical tools to navigate the competitive job market. Workshops included tailored guidance for recruitment processes, self-presentation skills, and proven strategies for landing their first position in their field of training.
During these workshops, we focused not only on practical skills like CV writing and interview techniques but also on helping students discover their unique strengths. Understanding that recruiters, first and foremost, look for people, our students learned to identify their personal X-Factor. They practiced using AI tools, developed effective networking strategies, and, most importantly, built their confidence.
The workshop’s highlight came during the final sessions, when the room filled with energy. Students shared insights such as, “I realized I have so much to offer,” “I learned to believe in myself,” and “I discovered that interviews aren’t as intimidating as I thought.” Each participant left with a sense of inner confidence, ready and self-assured to take on the next challenge.

Job Interview Simulations
HR Interview Simulations
This year, we upgraded our format and provided students with the opportunity to participate in one-on-one, in-person sessions with recruiters from Infinidat
and Nayax. During each session, students underwent personal interviews conducted by six recruiters who dedicated three hours to provide authentic interview experience. Students received feedback not only on their interview performance but also on their CVs, gaining invaluable tips to refine their approach for future simulations. Both companies went above and beyond, hosting panels with industry professionals and leading guided tours of their server labs. Students came away with a first-hand look at daily responsibilities, career paths, and the real-world challenges of the field.
Professional Interview Simulations
On July 23, Tech-Career students participated in a notable professional simulation day. Over 18 hours, 14 senior managers and executives from leading companies - including Orbia, Cognyte, Check Point, Torii, Cisco, Nayax, AT&T, Imperva, Oasis, Workday, Cato Networks, Amazon, and Integrity volunteered to interview our students, providing a rare and valuable real world experience.
The simulations, exciting and demanding, proved to be a powerful learning experience. As one student reflected: “I realized I don’t need to recite the material; I just need to explain my thinking.” Another shared: “I was nervous at first, but once the interview began, I felt myself relax.” The recruiters were impressed; as one noted, “She’s amazing - I wish I had an open position for her.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the interviewers who generously shared their time and expertise. Our students gained not only confidence but also unmatched professional guidance. It was especially moving to see two of our alumni, Chaviv Goshen (Class 56, now at TSG) and Assaf Dago (Class 52, now at Amazon), return as interviewers, sharing insights from their industry experience since completing the course.
Time Management: A Key to Success
Time management is one of the most significant challenges students face during their demanding course and in their future professional lives. To equip them with effective strategies, we welcomed Isabella Zwickt from Cognyte, a volunteer who leads practical, innovative time-management workshops. Her sessions have become a cornerstone of our training programs, offering comprehensive guidance on managing time. The workshops combine practical methodologies with research-based psychological principles. As Isabella explains: “When goals are clear and people believe in their ability to achieve them, prospects of success increase significantly.” Students gained advanced tools for task prioritization, building strategic schedules, and breaking complex challenges into manageable steps, all while strengthening confidence and self-belief.
Learning How to Learn: Tools for Independent Learning
Learning How to Learn: Tools for Independent Learning
In today’s rapidly changing workplace, the ability to acquire new skills independently is no longer a luxury – it isessential. That’s why we dedicate sessions to developing independent learning skills. Students are challenged to demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to master tasks that require deep self-directed learning. This year, the students had the opportunity to participate in a session led by Mali Alcobi, founder of Dynamix, a pioneering consultancy specializing in work-life balance. Mali shared insights on employee experience, the future of work, and innovative professional development programs.
LinkedIn Workshops
Students participated in personal branding and career promotion sessions on LinkedIn, gaining practical tools to optimize their presence on this important platform. Topics included turning their profiles into magnets for recruiters, smart digital and professional presence, and strategies for building a strong professional network. Our valued partner, Moshe Zini, led one of the sessions, while Adir Gassa, a DevNet Class 67 student who has already gained hundreds of followers, volunteered to share his expertise with a newer cohort. These workshops left students well-prepared and confident to navigate the high-tech job market.
Financial Literacy Workshops
Employment Contracts: Understanding Your Rights
Roadmap for the Next Step: Job Search Planning
As part of our comprehensive training program, students participated in a two-day financial literacy workshop in July led by Shlomi Carmi, Head of Financial Education at Israel Discount Bank. These recurring workshops equip students with the knowledge and tools to manage their finances at the start of their professional journey. Topics included: smart budgeting and conscious spending, the power of small savings: turning small, consistent savings into significant amounts over time, practical tools for saving and investing, and setting and tracking financial goals.
Students completed the workshops with actionable tools, including an Excel budget template and a three-month action plan. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with comments like “This workshop is super important for life” and “Amazing, practical, and engaging.”
To prepare for entering the workforce, students participated in a session led by our employer relations and placement manager who acquired legal training. He explained how employment contracts serve as the key to protecting rights and ensuring fair working conditions. Students learned about different types of contracts, structures, and clauses, covering role definitions, work hours, leave, compensation, pensions, and insurance. Beyond understanding the contract itself, students gained insight into evaluating potential workplaces based on professional development, organizational culture, and growth opportunities. Equipped with this knowledge, graduates enter the job market confidently and informed.
Just before the completion of several courses, Hadas Blutstein-Keren, Head of Career Development, led a special session entitled “Post-Course Action Plan.” The goal was to prepare students for the next step in their journey - landing their first job. Hadas emphasized that the job search itself is a full time task. Students received practical tools to structure their daily and weekly routines, set measurable goals, track progress, as well as recommendations for professional development, networking expansion, and more. The aim: to navigate the post-course job search efficiently, systematically, and successfully.
Alumni Evenings & Professional Discussion Circles
Inspirational Session with Genet Andelo
When Knowledge Meets the Stage
Our alumni evenings and professional discussion circles have become a cherished tradition, eagerly awaited at the close of every course. These gatherings create a meaningful bridge between Tech-Career graduates already thriving in the industry and students just setting out on their professional paths.
Alumni share candidly about their journeys - from the challenges of job hunting and adapting to workplace culture, to the milestones and successes they’ve achieved along the way. Their stories offer not only practical tips and real-world insights, but also the encouragement students need as they take their next steps. Above all, alumni remind them that the road ahead is open, full of possibilities, and theirs to seize.
Students participated in a powerful and inspirational session with Lt. Col. (Res.) Genet Andelo, who holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Technology Management. Genet has an extraordinary personal journey, including 16 years of significant service in the IDF. She shared a story of faith, leadership, and breaking boundaries.
Drawing on her rich experience in command, Genet provided practical tools and deep insights: “It’s important to know yourself, your values, and what drives you,” she noted, emphasizing the importance of stepping out of one’s comfort zone. She described how she overcame challenges to achieve her goal of attaining an officer’s rank, stressing that perseverance and habit formation are key to success. She encouraged seeing challenges as opportunities for growth and highlighted the importance of proactivity and continuous learning.
Her words clearly resonated with the students, who left with important insights: “A powerful session,” said some, while others noted they gained the drive “to set real goals” and “to dare and take risks.” The session with Genet was a lesson in self-actualization and a strong reminder that changing one’s mindset is key to making good choices.
In today’s high-tech world, knowing the material is only half the challenge - being able to present it clearly and confidently is equally important. That’s why students take part in our Public Speaking & Presentations workshop, followed by a presentation marathon judged by industry professionals.
Led by Oded Masela, a graduate of our Software Development Course (Class 50), the workshop gave students the tools to present technical topics with clarity and confidence. At Payoneer, pairs of students had 10 minutes each to present before a panel of employees, who provided practical, professional feedback. The marathon showcased how far students had come since the start of the course and gave them a safe space to refine one of the most valuable workplace skills: presenting complex knowledge with ease. By the end, students walked away ready to step onto the professional stage with confidence.

Enrichment & Inspiration towards
Job Placement
Workshops with Lior Barash,
CISO at Cognyte
In addition to deep technical training, we understand that success in the workforce requires Power Skills. That’s why we have enriched our courses with a series of inspirational and enrichment sessions. Students are exposed to professional content and tools to build resilience. These sessions prepare graduates holistically, giving them the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully navigate the next stage of their professional journey.
Our students had the privilege of learning directly from Lior Barash, CISO at Cognyte, who led two impactful and engaging workshops. Speaking on a relatable level, Lior shared his professional expertise, personal career journey, and practical advice for the future. The first workshop explored career development and the skills most needed in today’s fast-changing job market, giving students an insider’s view of the recruitment process and how to stand out. The second focused on first roles as career launchpads, with tips on using the post-course period to deepen knowledge and prepare for success.
For many students, these sessions were true highlights - offering not only guidance, but also inspiration and confidence as they take their first professional steps.

But BigID isn’t stopping there - they’re exploring internships and even setting up a preferred hiring track for Tech-Career graduates. This partnership puts our students at the forefront of one of the hottest fields in tech today.

Identity as a Growth Accelerator
Recent studies show that a strong sense of ethnic identity can play a key role in professional success. Connecting with one’s heritage and culture builds resilience, strengthens confidence, and equips young people with unique tools to navigate challenges in the job market. Tech-Career continues to make identity and belonging a core value. This year, we launched new workshops and activities that highlight heritage as a source of strength and a competitive edge in high-tech. These included:
-
A workshop on the history and heritage of Ethiopian Jewry
-
Identity and leadership encounters
-
Group sessions on identity as a tool in the workplace
-
Enrichment meetings with community leaders
-
A special orientation day for staff
Our vision is to nurture a generation of Israelis of Ethiopian descent who take pride in their rich heritage and bring their uniqueness as a strength to the high-tech industry.

Tech-Career Staff Seminar
On September 14, the Tech-Career team held a seminar at the Friends by Nature center in Gedera. The day focused on Ethiopian identity, belonging, and the spaces in between. Staff participated in a lecture on Ethiopian-Jewish history and culture, visited a community garden run by Ethiopian seniors, and enjoyed a traditional meal that included a buna coffee ceremony hosted by a local family. The day concluded with a facilitation workshop inspired by the traditional ceremony, allowing participants to reflect and process the rich experiences of the day. It was a fascinating and meaningful day of learning and connection!

Memorial Day for Israel’s Fallen Soldiers
This Memorial Day, we were honored to host the family of the late IDF Master Sergeant (Res.) Binyamin Desta Neguse, from Beit Shemesh. Binyamin, who fell in battle in southern Lebanon at the age of 28, served as a combat soldier in Battalion 9263, Brigade 226. Our students and staff met with his sister, Addis, and his father, who shared stories about his life and values. Binyamin was remembered as a bright soul - full of generosity, joy, and love for people. His contagious smile, his warm embrace, and his belief in always seeing the good left a deep impression on everyone. Binyamin’s legacy is simple but powerful: live with joy, choose optimism, and act for others. On this day, we pledged to honor his memory and the memory of all the fallen, not only through remembrance, but as inspiration for lives filled with meaning, kindness, and perseverance.
Memorial Day for Ethiopian Jews Who Perished on Their Way to Israel
Ahead of the National Day of Remembrance, we gathered to hear the moving testimony of Dr. Wubit Worku Mengistu. At just 10 years old, she set out with her family from Ethiopia on a journey that involved walking through the desert, time in refugee camps in Sudan, the loss of loved ones, and constant fear for her life.
Forty years later, Dr. Mengistu is a national supervisor at the Ministry of Education, a lecturer, and an author. Her books (Almaz Walks the Paths of Her Childhood; An Open Wound - Ethiopian Jews under Italian Occupation, co-written with Daniel Balete) are studied in schools and inspire thousands of students. Our students also received her poetry book, The Stork of Jerusalem, where she writes about the long journey to Jerusalem, the challenges of absorption, and navigating her multiple identities.
On Memorial Day, we joined the official ceremony at Mount Herzl, together with families, youth, and partners, to honor the 4,000 Ethiopian Jews who perished on their way to Israel. The story of Shai Shembel, who lost his mother, sisters, and nephews along the journey, moved us all to tears - a heartbreaking story of longing, love, loss, and courage. This memory is not just of the past - it is a responsibility for the present. We are committed to continuing to tell the stories of those whose lives and dreams were cut short. Their journey continues within us, in our dedication to education, our pursuit of equality, and our daily efforts to close gaps. From remembrance, we draw hope and strength to build a more just future. May their memory be a blessing.

Seventeen students from our Cybersecurity and DevNet course (Class 69) will volunteer with 50 first-graders, introducing them to the fascinating world of robotics. Using LEGO kits from FIRST’s FLL Explorer program, our students will create a hands-on learning experience that gives the children their very first taste of technology and sparks creative thinking. For our students, this is also a chance to give back, despite the heavy demands of their studies, and to form meaningful connections with the children, who see them as role models and a source of inspiration.

Making Their Mark
Avraro Alamo – Cyber & Information Security Graduate (2025)
“My Tech-Career journey began long before the course itself. During my army service, I kept hearing from friends and alumni about the doors Tech-Career opened and the real difference it made in their careers. I knew that if I chose a path in high-tech, this was where I wanted to start. After my release, I joined In-Tech, Tech-Career’s orientation program for Ethiopian Israeli young adults. It gave me the tools and confidence to choose my direction - cybersecurity. From day one, the support was complete: housing, 24/7 labs, personal mentoring, career prep, and direct exposure to leading tech companies. Thanks to this foundation, I landed a specialized internship at Cognyte. Four months in, I already feel I’ve gained practical skills, invaluable experience, and the guidance of dedicated mentors. This internship could lead to a direct job offer or, at the very least, it has equipped me for the next step in my professional journey. Now, whenever I’m invited to share my story at Tech-Career meetups, I do so with pride and a sense of mission to inspire others to seize this opportunity, build their own careers, and realize their full potential. For me, Tech-Career isn’t just training, it’s a community that invests in people so they can succeed on their own and, in turn, lift the next generation forward.”

Asher Kinda – DevNet Graduate (2024)
“My journey with Tech-Career began even before I enrolled. While working in physical security at Amazon’s data center, I met two Ethiopian Israeli employees who had come through the organization. Both encouraged me to think seriously about my future. I realized I wanted a change, left my job, and began preparing for Tech-Career's screening process at my local youth center. I chose to apply for the DevNet course. Just before my first certification exam (CCNA), war broke out. I was called up for reserve duty that very day, leaving everything behind to serve, and spent almost six months away. When I returned, I wasn’t sure I could continue but Tech-Career stood by me, offering me a place in a new cohort so I wouldn’t be left behind. Even as I restarted, the war continued, and I was called up two more times, to Gaza and to Lebanon. It was difficult watching my classmates graduate and find jobs while I was still caught between service and studies, but I always knew I was in good hands. Thanks to Tech-Career’s support, especially from Aviva Kabede, an exceptional instructor who spent invaluable time to help returning soldiers, I completed my CCNA, Fortinet, and CCNP certifications. Today, I work at TSG, a company I first encountered on one of the course's industry tours. Tech-Career doesn't just introduce us to high-tech, they open doors to real opportunities. When I was asked to share my story, I immediately agreed. It’s the least I can do for an organization that stood by me when I wanted to give up. I hope my journey encourages other young people to choose a meaningful path, build a career, and fulfill their potential. For me, Tech-Career represents generosity, professionalism, and unwavering support - not for profit, but to help a new generation succeed on its own.”
